Well, our sleeping positions actually have a huge effect on health conditions including back, shoulder, hip, and neck pain, breathing problems, and stomach issues. This, in turn, affects our quality of sleep and how we move around during the day and for the rest of our lives.

So, it’s important to take a look at our sleeping patterns and figure out how to optimize our sleeping arrangement around these patterns. This includes choosing the right mattress for your sleeping position.
